Cape Blanco is a portland-based music project, created by long-time Portland musicians Kevin Okerlund and Dan Baugher. Combining elements of surf, spaghetti-western, latin and rock, Cape Blanco is comprised of drums, rhythm and lead guitars, bass, trumpet, accordion and the occasional lead female vocals of Ellen Werner.
